Camera e bagno puliti, parcheggio davanti alla camera, raggiungibile a piedi perchè centrale a Te Anau. Gli unici nei della camera: il letto un po' corto e il bagno un po' piccolo. State molto attenti alla connessione wifi: se non ci si ricorda di fare il logout quando ci si scollega, il wifi risulta comunque attivo e si esaurisce senza effettivo...
“Overall acceptable “motel” but probably not worth the value , it’s close to the lake but certainly not to the front. The “front” of the rooms offer fantastic views and sounds from a trafficking road instead. Rooms are pretty old fashioned and the bed was garnished with a brownie fake ( and dusty) fur. Welcoming was excellent though but certainly not sufficient to compensate.”
“A lovely location, a short walk away from the breathtaking views of Lake Te Anau and beyond. The room was lovely and the staff were lovely! As it was off season, we were the only ones on site for the duration of our stay. There was laundry on site, a nice and airy living/common space, the kitchen was available for most of the day, so you could borrow cutlery and plates as required, use the communal fridge if you needed. The staff were so kind too, happy to help you plan your day or find your way...
“Loved our overnight cruise on Milford Sound! Shared a quad cabin room and though small & cozy, was a perfect place to sleep & so good to wake up to a great view!!
Food on the cruise was excellent & all the staff very helpful & informative!

“We always stay at Lakeview when we visit Te Anau for a hiking adventure. Typically, we stay in a cabin without a toilet, which is usually fine. However, because we had just come off a trip to Luxmore hut and the weather was atrocious, we upgraded to a room with a bathroom. Best decision ever! Love your work team Lakeside.”
